Alberto Aspesi & C. S.p.A., the Milan-based textile and fashion manufacturer, has been confirmed as Exclusive Industrial Technical Partner for the Phase 1 Pilot. Aspesi will provide, at no cost, dedicated lots of cotton fabric offcuts from its production archives, allocated exclusively to the manufacture of the pilot's behavioural tracking devices. Following completion of the Nepal field study, the partnership will evaluate a retail storytelling installation at Aspesi flagship locations to present the outcomes of the collaboration.

• Material sourcing & compliance - certified zero commercial value (NCV) cotton offcuts from Aspesi's production archives
• Manufacture at pilot scale - material allocation sized for 300-500 units
• Post-pilot retail storytelling - prospective installation at Aspesi flagship locations, subject to future agreement

Commission a Nepali artist to work in reclaimed soot-ink, fund the shop-window installation, and shape the impact story around it.
