Strategic field deployment and roadmap

We don't guess; we measure. The plan ahead is structured in phases, each one dependent on evidence from the one before it. These are targets we are working toward, not results already achieved:

  1. Phase 1

    The measured pilot(Late 2026)

    A small, closely monitored group of households in rural Nepal, to test whether the visible-soot signal changes stove-stacking behaviour.

  2. Phase 2

    Regional scale-up(2027)

    Expansion to more villages, working through the logistical networks of NGO partners on the ground, contingent on what the pilot shows.

  3. Phase 3

    Long-term ambition(2028 and beyond)

    Wider reach across Nepal's most affected rural districts.
